Full time Bookkeeper needed for a successful nutrition brand that consisted of healthy ready-made meals, snacks, and soups as well as protein and vitamin products across Ireland and the UK.Main Responsibilities IncludeDaily recording of all customer and supplier paymentsMaintaining an up-to-date Aged Creditor & Debtors reportDaily Invoice checks/amend any errorsManagement of Invoice Discounting system - Uploading Daily Daybooks and completing Monthly reconciliationsLiaise with Invoice Discount team with any issues/queries that may arisePrepare VAT returnsManage P30 PaymentsPrepare Lodgment'sMonthly Financial ReportingSales MarginsManagement Accounts (Alongside the accountants)This is a permanent job and reports into the senior management and board.It will suit an experienced, qualified bookkeeper (AITI qualified or equivalent).The role offers potential career development as the company continues to expand.Experience within a growing SME and/or food manufacturing business is an advantage.The chosen candidate will be a strong communicator with a commercial outlook.This is a hybrid role which will include some days working from home.If you are interested in the role as described, please email us your CV and we can have a chat.
