Operational Excellence Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead our operational readiness program, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (SWIs), and ensure safety permitting approvals.
* Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to drive process improvements.
* Lead the development and maintenance of SOPs/SWIs for operations.
* Represent operations on commissioning and qualification projects.
* Ensure containment verification steps align with operations procedures.
* Design and deliver training programs for operations teams.
* Coordinate safety permitting approvals for high-risk activities.
To be successful in this role, you will require a third-level qualification in manufacturing, engineering, or science discipline, or relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years' industrial experience is required, with lean six sigma certification being an advantage. SAP/MES knowledge/experience is preferred.
