The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and detail-orientated Senior Revenue Operations Administrator to join our team and contribute to the foundational restructuring of our operational processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the centre of Bright’s data and process optimisation, providing hands-on experience by cleansing and identifying areas of improvement across Bright’s entire customer and prospect database.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit contact properties for relevance, usage, and data quality. Identify and categorise redundant, outdated, or unused fields while maintaining a focus on alignment with business needs.
* Examine deal properties for consolidation opportunities. Work collaboratively to streamline properties and ensure they meet current business requirements.
* Clean URLs and industry vertical data across 430K+ contacts and 270K+ companies. This task supports AI integration for accurate data enrichment.
* Review and restructure workflows that currently utilise multi-owner properties. Transition these workflows to rely on a single contact owner field, ensuring consistency and functionality.
* Audit logic, remap owner fields, test dependencies, and validate functionality.
* Update saved views to reference the standardised contact owner field.
* Review dashboards to eliminate redundancy and optimise reporting for actionable insights.
* Validate logic for flagged workflows against current business processes.
* Retire outdated workflows and consolidate redundant automations to improve efficiency.
* Evaluate forms with no submissions in the past six months. Propose whether to retire, update, or repurpose these forms to better serve business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot is a must).
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
