Our client a global tech leader is seeking an
Ad Policy Automation Specialist
for a
9-month TVC assignment
on the
Acquisitions team
, supporting the onboarding of new
mid- to high-spending advertisers
and ensuring they comply with internal advertising policies. This role combines
policy subject-matter expertise
with
technical automation and reporting skills
, contributing directly to a smoother and more scalable onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Policy Expertise & Client Support
* Serve as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for internal advertising policies, including legal requirements, certifications, and industry-specific guidelines.
* Partner directly with
new advertisers
,
Account Managers
, and cross-functional teams to resolve policy-related questions with clarity and accuracy.
* Manage policy escalations and provide actionable guidance during the onboarding process.
* Prior experience in
Trust & Safety
,
Advertising Policy
, or a similar compliance-focused environment is required.
2. Technical Automation & Data Reporting
* Drive automation initiatives by developing
dashboards
,
data workflows
, and
reporting tools
that replace manual and time-consuming processes.
* Build scalable dashboards using SQL-based data sources and support continuous improvements in reporting efficiency.
* Streamline internal processes by implementing automation solutions for recurring reports.
* Contribute to future innovation projects, including the development of an
internal AI chatbot
powered by LLMs and other
machine learning tools
.
Required Experience
* 3–5 years
of professional experience.
* A
technical background
such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related programming/analytical field.
* Strong experience with
Ad Policy
,
Trust & Safety
, or other policy/compliance roles.
* Technical proficiency in:
* SQL
* Dashboard creation / data visualization tools
* Fluency in
English
(additional languages are beneficial).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
