A leading hazardous waste management and solvent recycling organisation is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support commercial growth and strengthen the client base across industrial, pharmaceutical, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.This role is suited to a proactive, technically confident sales professional who can generate new business, manage existing accounts, and provide technical guidance on waste classification, compliance, and treatment capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities and grow the customer baseManage and expand existing client accountsPrepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissionsConduct site visits, waste audits, and technical assessmentsAdvise clients on hazardous waste regulations, ADR, and EPA complianceProvide technical guidance on waste classification and treatment optionsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsWork closely with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate waste profiling and service deliveryMaintain CRM records, forecasts, and sales activity reportsRequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or account managementExperience in waste, environmental, chemical, or industrial sectors preferredStrong understanding of hazardous waste regulations and classificationAbility to interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS), waste codes, and technical specificationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsRelevant technical or environmental qualification is an advantageFull clean driving licenceWillingness to travel nationwideJob Type: Full-timeBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance incentivesProfessional development and industry trainingCompany pensionCompany eventsOn-site parkingOpportunity to work with a sustainability-focused team
