Roll up your sleeves and let's go.We're looking for a Food & Beverage Head Host/Duty Manager to join our teams in Beckett Locke's in Dublin. We are recruiting a role for each property.The role.Are you a natural host? Calm under pressure, with next-level organisational skills? Do you find satisfaction in creating seamless hospitality and memorable experiences?As the lynchpin of the Food and Beverage team, overseeing the F&B Hosts and reporting to the F&B Manager you'll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they book to the moment they leave our F&B spacesIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage departmentManage a team of servers, hosts, and bartendersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceDevelop and implement strategies to achieve sales targetsMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededTrain and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performanceHandle customer complaints and resolve issues promptlyAdhere to health and safety regulationsQualifications:Previous experience in a similar role within the catering and hospitality industryStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of food and beverage trendsAbility to work well under pressureRelevant qualifications in hospitality management or related fieldBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunities for career advancementTraining and development programsStaff discounts on dining and accommodationPaid time off and holiday entitlementPension schemeIf you are a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage professional looking to take on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
