Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
This role involves providing administrative support to a sales team. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for coordinating with dealers, creating and issuing proforma invoices, recording customer payments accurately, and performing various other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact dealers to confirm car availability.
* Create and issue proforma invoices for customer payments.
* Record and receipt customer payments accurately.
* Carry out pre-purchase checks on vehicles.
* Add new deals to the sales tracker.
* Create deal files in SharePoint, saving all relevant details and paperwork.
* Share photos, invoices, and paperwork with customers.
* Liaise with supplying dealers to request documentation and check terms & conditions.
* Set up payments for management authorisation ahead of collection.
* Inspect vehicles on arrival at the office.
* Manage inbound post and handle outbound DHL correspondence.
* Keep internal systems updated to accurately reflect sales.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum Maths & English GCSE at grade C/4 or above.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong presentation skills and a confident communicator.
* UK driving licence and own transport.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
* Proven administrative experience.
* Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a sales support environment.
