The General Manager will be responsible for driving daily operations with clear expectations and maintaining a consistent environment that welcomes regulars and encourages repeat visits.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate teams and create an atmosphere where employees feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
* Influencing menu development across cocktails, craft beers and wines
* Maintaining tight control over stock levels, GP, ordering and compliance
* Building relationships with suppliers and the local community
