What You'll Do
* Test Strategy, Planning & Leadership
* Define and execute comprehensive test strategies across multiple projects and delivery streams.
* Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to plan test coverage based on requirements.
* Define test data sets and combinations required to demonstrate success.
* Coordinate testing across Dev, Test, E2E, Pre-Prod, and post-go-live phases.
* Define, implement, and manage quality gates for internal teams and third-party suppliers.
* Lead defect triage across technical and business teams, ensuring timely resolutions.
* Provide real-time testing progress metrics, highlight risks, and support informed decision-making.
* Embed quality deeply into the SDLC through strong collaboration with Engineering, Product, and DevOps.
What You Bring
* 8+ years' experience in QA engineering, including 3+ years in a lead or senior leadership role.
* Strong understanding of QA best practices, methodologies, and processes.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA and Zephyr (or equivalent).
* Proven experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments.
* In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.
* Strong skills in test reporting, defect analytics, and metrics-driven improvement.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
