Reperio has partnered with a company seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager to drive and deliver large-scale cloud transformation projects while shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure landscape.
As a key leader in our technology team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cloud migration roadmaps, ensuring smooth transition of critical workloads to AWS, and building scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments that support evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, definition, and execution of AWS cloud migration strategies for enterprise systems and applications.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design secure, scalable, and efficient AWS cloud solutions.
* Oversee the migration of complex workloads from on-premise and legacy platforms to AWS, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.
* Manage internal infrastructure teams and third-party vendors to deliver cloud transformation projects on time, within scope and budget.
* Ensure operational excellence by implementing best practices for AWS infrastructure, governance, cost optimisation, and security.
* Build and foster a high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement, technical development, and knowledge sharing.
* Maintain oversight of incident management, escalation procedures, and operational stability throughout cloud migration phases.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading AWS cloud migration programs or large-scale infrastructure modernization projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and migration frameworks.
* Track record of defining and implementing enterprise-level cloud strategies.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing technology direction, and driving change across complex organizations.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and vendor partners.
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS) and cloud governance models.
* Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
