Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HVAC / Ventilation Installer to join our installation team.
Role Overview
The HVAC / Ventilation Installer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and support of ventilation and HVAC and other ventilation systems, including mechanical ventilation, heat recovery, and air quality solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach when working in occupied properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Install HVAC and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial properties.
* Install ductwork, grilles, fans, and associated components to a high standard.
* Assist with commissioning and testing of systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and site plans.
* Identify and resolve installation or system performance issues.
* Work closely with surveyors, electricians, and project managers.
* Ensure installations comply with relevant building regulations and safety standards.
* Maintain clean, tidy, and professional work areas, particularly in occupied homes.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an HVAC and/or ventilation installer.
* Strong understanding of mechanical ventilation systems and ducting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
* Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience with MVHR and single-room heat recovery systems.
* Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
* Experience working in residential retrofit or home upgrades.
