They are a globally recognised brand with strong turnover in Ireland and a reputation for technical excellence, reliability and long-term customer partnerships.
As their service and retrofit division continues to grow, they are now looking to appoint a Sales Engineer to focus on the Leinster region.
THE ROLE: This is a consultative, solution-led sales role focused on HVAC service contracts (circa 20%) and retrofit / upgrade projects (circa 80%).
You will be working with commercial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and industrial end users across Leinster, with a strong emphasis on the Greater Dublin area.
You will engage with facilities managers, engineering managers, operations teams, M&E contractors and consultants, identifying opportunities to upgrade, modernise and maintain existing HVAC systems.
This role is heavily value-based, selling energy efficiency, compliance, lifecycle cost savings and system performance rather than just product.
You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers while also driving new business opportunities across your patch, supported by strong technical and operational teams internally.
THE PERSON: You will come from a technical sales background within HVAC, building services or a related mechanical / engineering environment.
Experience selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, retrofits or upgrade projects is highly desirable.
You must be comfortable selling into commercial and industrial environments and engaging with multiple stakeholders at site and senior level.
Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a consultative sales cycle are essential.
Candidates must be based in Leinster and comfortable covering the region in a field-based role.
