Lead Mechanical Engineer – Data Centre
We're currently recruiting for a
Lead Mechanical Engineer
to take ownership of mechanical engineering, design management, and commissioning activities on major projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality engineering delivery across the full project lifecycle while leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Key highlights:
* Lead mechanical engineering, design coordination, and commissioning activities
* Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and internal engineering standards
* Support procurement through technical reviews, RFQs, and subcontract scopes
* Oversee system design reviews, equipment selection, BIM coordination, and technical submittals
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
* 10+ years' relevant experience, including 3+ years in a lead/managerial role
* Data centre and/or pharmaceutical project experience preferred
Package:
* Salary €80,000 – €100,000 DOE
* Generous living-away allowance
