Job Overview
This is a crucial role within our organization supporting the seamless operation of banking and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments
* Maintain client and office accounts, reconcile bank statements
* Post bills and invoices
* Support management of office facilities
* Assist with maintenance of IT systems
* General administrative duties including maintaining office diary system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths & English Language (or equivalent)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized, efficient, and able to work both independently and as part of team
* Previous experience working within an office environment
* Experience using accounting software and/or practice management systems advantageous
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
