Marketing Coordinator – 6-month Contract with Potential Extension CPL Marketing is partnering with a global software development organisation to recruit a Marketing Coordinator for a temporary 6-month contract, with potential to extend.
This role will support the EMEA Marketing team in delivering regional marketing strategies, with a strong focus on events, content coordination, multi-channel campaigns and performance tracking.
You will play a hands-on role across campaign execution, event logistics, content support and day-to-day marketing operations.
Day to Day: Support the coordination of EMEA marketing events both on-site and virtually, including logistics, scheduling and materials Work with external agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery Assist in preparing event and campaign content using approved templates and AI tools Manage and track branded merchandise, promotional items and event stock Coordinate marketing assets such as collateral, graphics and digital materials Support the rollout of multi-channel campaigns across EMEA Help draft social media and promotional content for campaigns and events Assist with customer advocacy activity including testimonials and case study coordination Gather performance data for events, campaigns and website activity Support reporting on engagement, traffic and campaign effectiveness Liaise with suppliers and partners as required Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team Requirements: 2+ years' experience in a B2B marketing, digital marketing role Experience supporting campaigns, events or field marketing activities Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working with content templates, marketing tools and basic analytics platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong follow-through Proactive mindset with the ability to use initiative For further information please contact me on or call 01 #LI-AN1
