Procurement Administrator/Customer Support Representative


This role is a key part of the EMEA Logistics team, ensuring the smooth flow of materials required for activities in the Tuam site while optimizing inventories. The ideal candidate will support the Customer Service team in managing customer orders through the value chain.




About the Role



* Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during the order process.
* Work closely with the Customer Supply Chain Manager to ensure orders are within forecast and identify potential service issues.
* Provide excellent customer service at all stages of the order process.




Key Responsibilities



The Procurement Administrator/Customer Support Representative will be responsible for:



* Order acknowledgement and creation
* Supplier communication and follow-up
* Updating reports and providing weekly KPI files
* Order Entry Management and communication with customers
* Liaising with the Customer Supply Chain Manager to ensure orders are within forecast




Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:



* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry management
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
* Proactive identification and implementation of process improvements that may affect customer experience
