Role purpose As Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in delivering brand activation plans across our portfolio, with a focus on the Brady Family brand.
You'll gain hands-on experience across events, shopper marketing, seasonal campaigns, social media execution and commercial support.

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of plans across our branded portfolio, with a primary focus on the Brady Family brand.
Brady Family is an outstanding success story; it is the No. 1 cooked meats brand in the market and its growth in recent years has propelled it into Ireland's Top 20 Grocery brands.
The successful candidate will need to be able to build key interpersonal relationships within the internal teams, agency teams and retail partners.
Duties and responsibilities Brand Events and Activation Lead the coordination and ontheground execution of key brand events, including Bloom, Barretstown and other consumer engagement activations.
Manage internal and external event stakeholders to ensure bestinclass event delivery.
Support postevent evaluation, capturing performance learnings and recommendations.
Shopper Marketing Execution (Brady Family) Be our Brady Family Shopper Marketing champion, executing the Brand Manager's shopper marketing plans including POS creation, retailer briefs, promotional planning and activation tracking.
Manage agency partners, commercial and field sales teams to ensure timely, accurate execution.
Seasonal Campaign Support Assist in planning and executing seasonal brand activations, including Christmas, Back to School and other highvalue periods.
Help prepare campaign toolkits, retailer submissions and crossfunctional briefs.
Social Media Support Support the Brand Manager in the development and execution of the social comms calendar.
Demonstrate an understanding of the effective use of social in brand awareness and engagement.
Marketing Administration and Commercial Asks Manage sample requests, stock coordination and delivery logistics as required across branded portfolio.
Raise POs, track spend and support budget reconciliation processes across branded portfolio.
Prepare presentations, reports and internal documents as required.
Insights and Category Support Pull consumer, category and performance reports to support brand decisionmaking.
Monitor competitor activity and share relevant insights with the team.
Expectations, Competencies Qualifications Studying towards or recently completed a degree in marketing, business or a related field.
Strong planning, organisational skills and attention to detail.
Clear and confident communicator.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
Interest in food, retail, or brand building Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Full clean driving licence Working conditions Hybrid working (maximum two days per week remote).

Travel to events, agency meetings and workshops is required throughout the year.
