Main Duties:
1. To ensure adequate preparation for busy periods.
2. To ensure all ordered stock is made and completed before then end of each shift.
3. To have an in-depth knowledge of appropriate legislation to perform your job competently i.e. Health & Safety Regulations, Employment Legislation.
4. To assist with development of staff in the Food Production area. Training will be required to ensure holidays cover and department flexibility is maintained.
5. To ensure company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to.
6. To attend any training or development programmes as directed by store management.
7. To actively live the brand values and engage others to do the same.
8. To carry out any other duties as directed by kitchen management.
9. Demonstrate high standards of product knowledge e.g. Range/ Allergens
10. Practice efficient stock management including correct merchandising and rotation of stock in the Kitchen department.
11. To prepare food lines for sale.
12. To ensure each product is produced as per recipe.
13. To ensure product quality and accuracy of pricing.
14. Completing documentation in relation to HACCP.
This is a full time position in our Sleedagh Farm Production Facility. The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday 5am-2pm or 11am - 7pm.
