Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Waterford City. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with accounts preparations & Tax returns for clients
* Data entry
* Bank Reconciliation
* VAT & RCT Returns
* Payroll
* MISC duties as required
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 2-3 years experience in practice (Essential)
* Confident with figures and good computer skills
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients on your portfolio
* Be flexible and well organized
* Be a natural team player, comfortable working closely in a team environment
* Previous use of Bright Software/Sage/Autoentry are an advantage
