* Implementing psychometric assessments for recruitment and development
* Supporting the development of skills frameworks and profiles
* Project management and continuous learning on various talent advisory topics
* Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform project outcomes
* Assisting in designing and delivering workshops and client presentations
* Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
* Managing client relationships to ensure continued success
