Chief Commercial Officer Retail healthcare group Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join a rapidly growing healthcare group with ambitious expansion plans. Responsibilities: Lead and optimise a call centre team, improving call answer rates and streamlining workflows. Implement robust call handling processes and scripts, setting and monitoring KPIs for consistency, quality, and outcomes. Coach and upskill staff in sales and customer conversion techniques to improve conversion rates from calls to consultations and bookings. Identify and grow existing commercial opportunities once core operations are stabilised. Developing referral channels. Identifying and driving growth with new revenue streams. Champion and deploy a fit-for-purpose CRM to support engagement and sales cycles. Being a key contributor as part of the Senior Management Team. Requirements Proven track record in a commercial or operational leadership role, ideally in healthcare, retail, or consumer services. Experience managing and transforming inbound call or contact centre operations is preferred. Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable ability to scale customer acquisition and retention. Exceptional team leadership and coaching skills, with a data-driven mindset comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and CRM systems. Entrepreneurial approach with the confidence to build and lead new commercial initiatives from scratch.
