Salary & Remuneration (Part Time):
€13.50 per hour + competitive commission structure
Earn on average an extra €540 every month by hitting store targets and KPIs
€500 refer-a-friend bonus

Receive full cash handling and sales experience training aimed at helping you hit your targets
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will:
Ensure customers feel supported while their queries are being resolved and proactively update them where required
Understand our customers’ needs and provide relevant mobile solutions
Meet individual and team targets and objectives
Assist the store manager in various duties
Perform administrative duties such as stock control, cash management, and data entry
Be aware of and implement current and new policies and procedures
Keep up to date with eir’s mobile and broadband packages versus competitors
Become an expert in sales techniques with support from management and your team
Requirements For A Successful Application:

Keen interest in mobile phones
0-2 years retail or sales experience preferred, but relevant life experience considered
