Key Responsibilities:
* Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Oversee and manage the enterprise risk management framework within a global investments company.
* Risk Reviews: Perform PCF 14 and PCF 39B risk reviews and report directly to the board of directors.
* Risk Program Development: Develop and implement a risk program that includes risk-focused reviews on key risk areas and a controls testing program.
* Operational Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, mitigate, monitor, and report operational risks.
* Management Information: Produce comprehensive management information for senior management, including the board of directors and organizational effectiveness director.
* Regulatory Compliance: Manage and provide support to other risk-related regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum seven years of enterprise/operational risk experience in financial services, preferably in a fund management company, investment firm, or insurance undertaking.
* Education: University undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification essential.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory environment with experience of working in regulations/guidance issued by the central bank of Ireland and other independent EU authorities essential.
* Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with all levels of colleagues and stakeholders.
