Summary of Duties
The HRBP is the operational HR partner for designated client groups, serving as the first point of contact and a subject‑matter expert. We seek a strategic, hands‑on professional who uses project management discipline and data‑driven insights to align people initiatives with business goals, deliver value, and support leadership and employees across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR contact for designated client groups; build strong relationships with leaders and HR colleagues to translate business goals into practical HR initiatives.
Lead HR projects end‑to‑end using formal project management practices (scope, milestones, timelines, risk management, stakeholder communication, and success metrics).
Manage local benefit schemes, provider relationships, and recurring compliance reporting to ensure data integrity and market alignment. Responsibilities include supporting annual budgeting, benchmarking, and maintaining job architecture to ensure internal equity and adherence to evolving statutory requirements.
Analyse workforce data and HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount); develop reports and dashboards to inform decisions and measure impact.
Advise on workforce planning, organisational design, performance management, and change management, drive process improvements across HR programs.
Coach leaders and employees on performance, employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution; support communications between staff and leadership.
Design and deliver training and leadership development to enhance people management skills.
Ensure legal compliance and partner with Legal as needed; maintain policy consistency and risk mitigation.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure HRIS data integrity; collaborate with IT/Analytics as appropriate.
Travel as required by the business.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of HR generalist experience with a proven track record in project management and data‑driven HR.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
Strong analytical skills; experience analysing HR data, generating insights, and presenting to leadership.
Proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and data tools; advanced Excel skills; ability to create and interpret dashboards/reports.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management; ability to partner with executives and managers.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance; ability to conduct objective investigations in the countries that one covers.
Change‑management mindset; ability to manage multiple initiatives and a degree of ambiguity.
