Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team
As the TA Specialist, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle as well as managing our early career recruitment.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be part of the broader HR team where you will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Line Managers, supporting all aspects of onsite/internal recruitment.
You will collaborate with internal clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their resourcing requirements, develop and execute appropriate sourcing strategies, and hire and onboard great talent to support our business.
You will have responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle of our Graduate & Intern Recruitment, managing all graduate and intern placement campaigns for Tirlán.
Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of our Early Career Recruitment, working closely with our Talent Development TeamPlanning and executing Graduate, Internship & Apprentice campaigns (marketing, CV screening, coordinating interviews, attending interviews)Collaborate with hiring managers on role requisition processManage and maintain candidates through our ATS (Success Factors), including, but not limited to, sourcing, application management, shortlisting, phone screening, scheduling interviewsCoordination of open positions on internal career sites and external job boardsScheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers on logistics and process documentationConducting selection interviews with hiring managers and providing insightful feedback to support the decision processEnsuring pre-employment recruitment operations are completed in a timely manner: medicals, reference checks, and other pre-employment checksLiaising with our Preferred Supplier Listing of agenciesAdministering psychometric testing and interpretation of feedbackExtending offers and preparation of written contracts of employment and documentation to complete the offer processProvision of feedback to candidates and agenciesGeneral recruitment administration & weekly reportingInvolvement in recruitment-related ad-hoc projects as requiredAbility to work cross-functionally with people at all levels of the businessRequirements Customer service driven with strong organisational skillsStrong attention to detailProblem-solving and decision-making skillsCommunication and influencing skillsAbility to display a high degree of professionalism in dealingEnergy, enthusiasm, and drive to make it happenEnjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative environmentA commitment to qualityEffective relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbout us
