Brightwater has partnered with a boutique investment firm that is looking for a person to lead a small client services team and manage the administration of client accounts. The firm is based in Dublin city centre and offers hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).
Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored administration services for around 500 pension portfolios, including SSAPs, ARFs, PRSAs, and BOBs, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
* Support the Advisory team in providing advice to clients and support the Operations team in maintaining client accounts.
* Handle all pension administration tasks, from initial account setup to ongoing management, and distribute detailed reports to members and beneficiaries.
* Coordinate with external parties to facilitate compliant transfers and execute investment transactions on instruction of clients and Advisory team.
* Oversee the client onboarding process, verifying AML documentation and accurately updating system records.
* Respond promptly to client enquiries and raise queries with relevant internal teams.
* Provide support to compliance and the management team in monitoring client accounts.
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification required.
* University degree required
* At least 5 years' experience in wealth management or financial services, with a strong knowledge of self-directed pensions.
* Team lead experience preferred
* Strong communication abilities and experience collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Remuneration Package
: €55,000-€65,000 plus bonus
