Requirements: 7+ Years experience in a similar role.
Experience using SCCM to support end users and resolve issues remotely Experience in supporting and maintaining remote access by end users, running and creating remote access reports based on customer needs.
Safe-net currently deployed in the environment.
General experience working with a ticketing system Experience in drafting and maintaining technical Books of Knowledge (BOKS) to ensure a uniformity of approach by colleagues when supporting problem resolution.
Experience in Installing PC's / Laptops – configuring IP details, applying correct image, Windows 10 devices and configuring as part of domain etc.
Experience with Active Directory Experience repairing PC's, laptops and smartphones.
Experience in setting up smart devices (iOS
