HV / MV Electrical Project LeadDublin | Site-BasedTier-1 Contractor | Hyperscale Data Centres€80,000- €100,000 + BenefitsA leading international engineering and construction contractor is seeking an experienced HV / MV Electrical Project Lead to join its project delivery team on a hyperscale data centre project.The business is recognised for delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across data centres, life sciences, and critical infrastructure, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and programme certainty.Key RequirementsThird-level degree in Electrical / Building Services Engineering and/or a relevant trade background5+ years' experience in a site-based HV/MV electrical roleProven experience working on hyperscale data centre projectsStrong IT and reporting skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within a high-performance project teamDemonstrated commitment to health & safety leadershipThe RoleReporting to the MEP Construction Manager, you will take ownership of HV/MV electrical works on site, ensuring delivery in line with safety, quality, and programme requirements.Key responsibilities include:Managing HV/MV electrical systems, including installation, testing, and maintenanceLeading electrical activities with safety as the top priority, promoting best-in-class H&S cultureEnsuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsCoordinating contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain programme deliveryOverseeing Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) and management of hazardous energiesTracking installation progress and quality across electrical and CSA scopesSupporting commissioning planning and development of Commissioning Implementation Plans (CIPs)Reviewing temporary power systems to support construction and commissioningChairing and contributing to project meetings as requiredManaging subcontractor performance, progress, and resourcingIssuing weekly progress and cost reportsYou will also ensure all stakeholders deliver key project documentation, including:Construction and commissioning programmesRAMS and execution documentationBills of Materials (BOMs)Progress reports aligned with the master programmeElectrical and vendor handover / turnover packsWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work on major hyperscale data centre projectsLong-term pipeline of technically challenging workStrong safety culture and structured project environmentCompetitive package and career progression with a leading contractor
