Responsibilities:
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, records, and processes;
2. Conduct internal audits and follow up on non-conformance closure;
3. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation activities;
4. Investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and CAPA tools;
5. Assist with calibration systems and equipment verification;
6. Coordinate quality aspects of production programs and improvement projects;
7. Support operations through data analysis, problem-solving, and quality control measures;
8. Communicate quality findings through detailed reporting and feedback mechanisms;
9. Identify opportunities for process efficiency and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Criteria:
16. Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline (or sufficient industry experience);
17. 2-3 year's quality experience in a manufacturing/aerospace environment;
18. Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems;
19. Experience in internal auditing and QMS maintenance;
20. Excellent organisational and communication skills;
21. Good problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
