Project Manager
A high-caliber Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects for one of Ireland's leading civil and engineering companies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage numerous projects within urban and rural environments, with a focus on commercial acumen.
* Oversee large diameter branch connections coming through DCC.
* Foster strong relationships with Clients, Client Representatives, and stakeholders.
* Draw, construct, and review detailed drawings for value engineering and efficient design.
* Analyze design briefs and prepare proposed design packs from concept to detailed designs.
* Draft and communicate regular reports for status updates and guidance across the business.
* Lead an existing team with effective communication and leadership skills.
* Manage supplementary design works and ensure seamless coordination with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Clean driving license is essential.
* A relevant qualification is highly desirable.
* Experience with UK or Irish Water Standards (Potable & Foul) is mandatory.
* Confident, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
