Lead Product Manager - Technical
Overview
The Cyber Secure team is looking for a Product Manager-Technical to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
Deliver analysis on product requirements, being an SME on the application from the user perspective.
Build and understand user journeys based on product owner requirements.
Translate requirements from business and product owners into features for development teams.
Work closely with product owners, architects and solution managers on assigned projects to assist in solutioning and high-level architecture design.
Interact with customers to understand customer experience, needs and requirements.
All About You
Essential Knowledge/Experience
Deep knowledge in analytical roles – bridging product requirements into user journeys into a high-level architecture.
Experience with design and software development in digital native applications and microservices.
Initiative to learn and be the "SME" on the service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of software development processes including agile processes.
Desirable Knowledge/Experience
Payments industry.
Fraud prevention and cyber security industry.
Experience integrating vendor and open source products into an overall system.
Corporate Security Responsibility
Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
