Job descriptionAnnyalla Chicks Ltd is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support various functions across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit office and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.Duties and Responsibilities:· Take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and continuity· Oversee the current administrative team.· Work with management to track the egg bank and weekly collection of over one million eggs.· Verify correct chick placements and manage the logistics surrounding these chick placements.· Organise and manage documentation for both exports and imports.· Liaise with vets to ensure compliance.· Deal with specific queries as requested by customers.· Maintain and organise electronic and paper-based files· Keep up to date with general administration duties as required.Candidate Requirements:· Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills· Self-sufficient and reliable, yet collaborative with the ability to work effectively in a small team· Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
