Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support the financial operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and posting supplier invoices, reconciling monthly supplier statements, and preparing weekly and monthly creditor payment runs.

* You will have experience in accounts administration and possess excellent organizational skills
* Liaise with internal departments and resolve queries and credit requests
* Process and administer employee time and expense reporting
* Provide support in arranging site utilities as required
* Prepare and consolidate reports to support accurate payroll processing
