We are seeking a talented Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team .
Doyle’s Garage is a main dealer for MG Motors, GWM Ora and Subara while also stocking a stunning line up of quality used vehicles. Established in 1950, Doyles Garage is well established in the motor industry and our proud of our commitment to excellent customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by achieving and exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience.
Responsibilities:
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
* Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the most suitable vehicles.
* Conducting effective sales presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
* Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options.
* Proactively following up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
* Collaborating with the sales team to achieve shared goals and foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven sales experience - prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
* A passion to learn and a stay up to date with a comprehensive understanding of the automotive market.
* A full valid driver's license.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
