Job Overview
We are seeking a number of Digital Marketing Managers to lead our clients online marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and generate leads through digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Manage SEO/SEM efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Oversee social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and create engaging content.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automation, lead nurturing).
Analyse performance metrics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and optimise campaigns for ROI.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to produce high-quality digital assets.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
Proven track record in SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to Have
Experience with e-commerce marketing (Shopify, WooCommerce).
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
