Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity.
* Maintain and manage general accounting functions, including payroll, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
* Monitor budgets and income levels on an ongoing basis to ensure agreed performance margins are met.
1. Establish, monitor, and manage business operations to meet company goals.
2. Ensure all HR-related matters are managed in line with legal and regulatory standards.
3. Manage the team's workload to achieve set business goals. Arrange employment of new staff and terminations/resignations of existing staff.
