PFK Dairy Systems Ltd. is a milking equipment and dairy technology company based in Rathdowney Co Laois. We specialise in the installing and servicing of a range of dairy equipment, mainly milking parlours, feeding systems and scraper systems.
The company office and store is based in Rathdowney Co Laois.
As a Parts Manager/Storeman at PFK Dairy Systems, you will play a pivotal role in customer support in the supply of parts and consumables as well as maintaining good stock control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Order Processing: Accurately processing sales orders placed by customers and required for installations, service and van/shop stock.
* Purchasing: Pricing suppliers and keeping up to date with price changes.
* Customer Communication: Assist with customer enquiries regarding parts and supplying them in a timely manner
* Sales/Service Documentation: Prepare quotations and sales invoices etc. Experience with Xero Accounting software an advantage.
* CRM Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer information.
* Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions, including processing credit card payments.
* General Office Maintenance: Keep the office and store environment tidy, organise stock/supplies, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
* Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2+ years previous experience in a Parts Manager/Storeman role or equivalent
* Able bodied and experience in manual handling.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of dairy farming is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
