 
        
        Our client, a leading hospitality group, seeks a skilled Senior IT Support Technician for its three luxury properties. This full-time role requires strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:
 1. Day-to-day IT support across all departments.
 2. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications (including MICROS POS & Oracle Opera).
 3. Server administration (WS2016+), network management, and security.
 4. AV system maintenance.
 5. Mentoring junior staff.
 6. SOP development and maintenance.
Requirements:
 7. 2-3 years' experience in IT support (hospitality preferred).
 8. Third-level IT qualification.
 9. Expertise in Windows 11 Pro, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization.
 10. Experience with Veeam Backup.
 11. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 12. Full driver's license.
