The role will be within our North America accounts teams here in Kilcolgan, Co. Galway. We are currently operational within Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, San Diego, Ohio, Virginia, Tennessee, and Texas.
This is an initial 3-month contract to cover various team members annual leave with the possibility of an extension beyond the initial 3-months.
The role will include working across all the aspects of the current North America team’s tasks which offers variety. The job role will include but not limited to the following:
* Support of both the accounts payable teams for Canada & the US.
* Assisting on Canadian & US out of pocket expense claims.
* Inputting and scanning of invoices to the accounts system.
* Approving subcontract invoices for payment.
* Consulting with the North America Satellite offices where required.
* Process weekly & monthly payment runs from a pre-approved list.
* Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.
This is a broad role in a fast-paced environment offering an excellent opportunity to work with a multi discipline team. The successful candidate will have the full support of the existing North America team during the contract term.
