OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a 8A Clinical Psychologist to join Neuropsychology within NHS Highland for a fixed term contract to cover secondment leave. You will work clinically as part of our Neuropsychology team and associated multidisciplinary teams; but also autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of local and Board policies and procedures. You will play a vital role in clinical service delivery and service improvement, putting patients and their families at the centre of service delivery.ResponsibilitiesProvide specialist neuropsychological assessment, treatment and rehabilitation within Neurology and Neurorehabilitation services, including inpatient, outpatient, remote and clinic-based care.Deliver advice and consultation on neuropsychological care to multidisciplinary teams.Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and training for staff and group delivery.Support the Head of Neuropsychology in strategic development of services across acute and rehabilitation pathways.QualificationsClinical experience in neuropsychology service delivery, group work, delivering remote clinical interventions and cognitive assessments is beneficial.Working ArrangementsFixed term contract to cover secondment leave.Hybrid approach: remote working and travel to clinics and meetings as required.ContactInformal enquiries and visits are welcome.
