Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their leadership and strategic skills while working across a dynamic range of projects.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of multiple projects from initial survey through to works completion, helping to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes for our clients.
* Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Resource Management: Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
* Budget & Cost Control: Support budget tracking and cost management, delivering solutions that maintain both quality and efficiency.
* Risk Management: Review Variation and Issue Reports from Site Supervisors, identify project risks early, and implement appropriate resolutions.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure QA documentation complies with standards before submission to clients.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Review RAMS documentation to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
* Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and issue weekly client reports (covering environmental metrics, site safety, rework summaries, etc.). Maintain clear and up-to-date records in digital project management systems.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Site Supervisors on Corrective, Preventative, and Improvement Actions.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 24 years of proven experience in a Project Manager or Assistant PM role (construction or technical field preferred).
* Strong IT and system management skills, confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ZOHO, and online project platforms.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational ability with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
* A good understanding of core project management principles (budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and contract management).
