Christmas Customer Assistant - Fashion, Home & Beauty - Douglas Isle of Man
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Clothing & Home section. You will champion our stylish products, on-trend designs, and exceptional customer service, and act as a brand ambassador ready to recommend our newest fashion items.
You’ll be a part of delivering a great shopping experience, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us. You will utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience and help customers find the products they want when they need them.
Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and respond to daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities
* Engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services
* Use digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer

Work Pattern: Sunday 09:00-16:30, Wednesday 06:00-13:30, Thursday 12:00-18:30
