Human Resources Executive - Full-Time, Hospitality Sector, East Cork An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Executive to join a leading 4-star hotel in East Cork, renowned for its commitment to excellence and people-first culture. This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday), with some flexibility available for the right candidate. As Human Resources Executive, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations within the hotel, reporting directly to the General Manager and Group HR Manager. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive working environment, supporting departmental managers, and driving key HR initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
