Workshop Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of our commercial vehicle workshop in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of technicians and apprentices, promoting a culture of efficiency and productivity.
* Liaise with service teams and customers on complex technical jobs, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
* Ensure high health and safety standards are maintained, with continuous training and development for all team members.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership position within a Dealership/Manufacturer/Importer Commercial Vehicle Environment.
* Qualifications as a HGV Technician with a proven track record of working in fast-paced workshops.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, enabling effective time management and prioritization.
* Familiarity with Kerridge/Keyloop systems would be beneficial.
