Salary Range: €60,000 - €70,000 per annum
Visa: Will accept Stamp 1G, Stamp 4 visas
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Oracle E-Business Suite Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Systems Team, reporting to the Team Lead. The role involves developing integration and enhancement solutions within the Oracle HRMS suite for on-premise e-BS 12.2. The successful candidate will collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design, build, and test functional and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
* Support HR and Payroll business teams independently.
* Act as Business Systems Analyst to understand requirements and provide solutions.
* Document configurations, functional, and technical designs.
* Configure Flex-fields, Employee Templates, and other HRMS components based on business needs.
* Develop custom solutions using PL/SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
* Ensure solutions are well-documented, maintainable, and easy to support.
* Participate in HR projects such as upgrades and migrations.
* Provide support to HR users via helpdesk systems.
* Assist team members with project commitments.
* Coordinate with Oracle technical support and other teams.
* Be flexible to work outside regular hours if needed.
Required Skills and Experience
* Deep understanding of Oracle e-BS HRMS and Payroll processes.
* Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules.
* At least 5 years of experience with Oracle HRMS e-BS Applications.
* Development experience using PL/SQL.
* Skills in Oracle APEX and BI/XML Publisher are advantageous.
* Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions is a plus.
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, with a commitment to continuous learning.
* Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
* Experience with Business Process Improvement initiatives.
