Restaurant Supervisor
to join our dynamic team at
Fiadh Restaurant
.
We're looking for a motivated and hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to support the smooth daily running of our restaurant and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead your team with positivity, professionalism, and pride.
* Ensure excellent customer service, handle queries, and act on guest or staff feedback.
* Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and performance, addressing issues promptly.
* Uphold all Health & Safety procedures, ensuring equipment, chemicals, and cleaning schedules are used correctly and safely.
* Deliver daily pre‑service briefings.
* Communicate team goals, feedback, and upcoming promotions clearly and consistently.
* Take action on any issues raised to support the success of the department.
What We're Looking For
* A positive, hands‑on leader who motivates their team and leads by example. A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service
* Excellent communication skills, able to deliver clear briefings and keep the team aligned on goals and promotions.
* A strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Working Hours
* Full-time position with a mix of straight and split shifts
* Availability required for shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends and holidays
