The key objective of this role is to oversee employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with relevant HR standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and HR policies
* Providing expert HR guidance, encompassing management of Performance, Absenteeism, Disciplinary and Grievance cases as necessary
* Cultivating optimal employee engagement and satisfaction through effective relationship management
* Delivering comprehensive Manpower Induction training where applicable
* Coordinating payroll functions and addressing related queries
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of proven experience in HR within a fast-paced setting, demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and exhibit adaptability.
