Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to assist our construction management team in delivering projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting out duties, ensuring quality control, maintaining accurate records, and supervising personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
* Perform setting out duties with precision and accuracy
* Maintain high-quality records of site activities and ensure compliance with health and safety policies
* Supervise directly employed and subcontractor personnel engaged in various elements of the construction project
* Adhere to environmental, quality, and other on-site policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Relevant Civil Engineering Qualifications
* 2+ years recent experience in site engineering with main buildings or civils contractors
* Excellent IT skills and a sound working knowledge of surveying instruments and equipment
* The ability to maintain accurate records
* General knowledge/experience of safety management
* Good communication skills
* Highly motivated and good organisational skills
