The purpose of this position is a Commercial Claims Executive role working within our Galway Commercial Lines division. The role entails working on commercial accounts with an account director/executive and managing all matters relating to claims.Claims ManagementDistributing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence related to claims.Registering and setting up new claims onto the internal system.Reviewing and analysing claim documentation, including policies, medical records, and witness statements.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claim records, documentation and renewal reports.Liaise with insurance underwriters, clients, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information for claim processing.Prepare and issue reports to clients regarding claim status and developments.Provide administrative support, to ensure efficient claim handling.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Staying updated on relevant industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to claims administration.
