Finance & Legal Administrator | Hybrid | D2
A prominent client based in Dublin 2 is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support the CFO. This role involves Finance & Legal admin tasks with a focus on office operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Finance admin: EMEA credit card program (Bank of America/GRAM), monthly reporting, reminders, tax withholding coordination, receipts, and T&E support.
* Legal admin: Document handling (signatures, PoAs, notarizations), board meeting support, record maintenance.
* Office operations: Mail handling, visitor coordination, onboarding support, organizing lunches/events, coordinating equipment with IT, restocking supplies.
* Other: Organizing historical records and ensuring secure storage.
Profile:
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
* Friendly, proactive, and enjoys working with people.
* Comfortable managing administrative processes and tools.
* No advanced degrees required; a strong admin/ops background is essential.
